Rebecca is a leading expert in cosmic consciousness and extraterrestrial contact. She is committed to building an Exoconscious Civilization co-created by humans, ETs, and multidimensional beings. She is the Founder and Director of the international non-profit Institute for Exoconsciousness (I-EXO) whose mission is to advance entrepreneurial experiencers who are inventing next-era, co-created technology/science, communication, education, art and healing.

Her graduate degrees include an MDiv in Philosophical Theology from Boston University School of Theology and a PhD in Parapsychic Science from the American Institute of Holistic Theology. Her undergraduate degree is from Otterbein University. She studied Continental Philosophy in Basel, Switzerland. Rebecca was ordained in the United Methodist Church and served as an interfaith chaplain at Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio. She is certified as a hypnotherapist and coach from Southwest Institute for Healing Arts. While working in Washington, DC, Rebecca was a member of Dr. Edgar Mitchell’s Quantrek organization’s international science team. Rebecca taught one of the first ufology courses in the nation at Scottsdale Community College.

Rebecca has written several books including: How Exoconscious Humans Guide our Space-Faring Future; Exoconsciousness: Your 21st Century Mind, and The Exoconscious Human: Claiming Psychic Intelligence in a Transhuman World, to be published in 2020.
She practices as a therapist at the MindBody Medicine Center in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she specializes in healing trauma.
